New construction means you get to pick finishes, floor plans, and features — but it also means navigating builder contracts, construction timelines, upgrade pricing, and warranty coverage. Most builders have their own sales agents working for them, not for you. I represent buyers in new construction purchases to make sure the contract protects you, the pricing is fair, and the builder delivers what was promised.
